I got up early (Sparty was tie-tie) and swam out to the Coffee Boat this morning and collected a lot of freebies on Ali'i. I attended the XC breakfast and had a nice time meeting a lot of old friends as well as new faces. Jordan Rapp, Lynsey Corbin, and Dirk Bockel were there as well.
I did a 25-miler on the bike. The real Kona winds were back today and it reminded me of how tough this bike ride can be....we'll see what it's like on Saturday. I made a couple of minor tweaks to my bike set-up and it seems to be dialed in and all set to go.
