January Totals

Just making the transition from a climbing orientation to getting back in shape for triathlons.  My January numbers reflect that transition.  February, will be a typical pre-season triathlon work load for me.  My first sprint is in early April so by end of February it will be a good time to assess where my fitness is at.  Right now, just getting my body used to regular triathlon training again.


Swim:  8,000 yards
Bike: 315 miles
Run: 29.5 miles
Climbing: 57:30
Total time: 84:34
