Getting back to normal

So I finally was able to let my failure at Aconcagua go....I've decided that I'll go back again, stay healthy and summit that monster!

I'm sorting through all sorts of things now and just beginning my 2013 triathlon training regime.  Man--I have a lot of work to do!

I am now writing the Aconcagua trip report...should be done within the week....

I also was able to finally tally 2012's training numbers....

December, 2012 totals:

Swim: 0 yards
Bike: 535 miles
Run: 10.2 miles
Climbing: 30 hours
Total time: 65 hours

2012 totals:

Swim: 330,000 yards
Bike: 9,874 miles
Run: 1,365 miles
climbing: 32 hours
other: 18 hours
total time: 947 hours
