Last week I backed off the bike in an attempt to get my extensor tendonitis in my foot to calm down. I shifted the focus to my run including a 17 miler:
Swim: 5000 yards
bike: 161 mikes
Run: 46 miles
Time: 18:40
For the month of May, good solid training numbers:
Swim: 30,000 yards
Bike: 979 miles
Run: 121 miles
Time: 94:17
Less than 5 weeks to IM Germany!
