Foundation pretty much in place--getting ready to pivot!

Another good building week:

Swim: 8,000 yards
Bike: 170 miles
Run: 11 miles
PT/Stretch/Weights: 6:20
Total Time: 22:46

This is the week we head west so it will be an easy week training wise--have to accommodate 42 hours of driving!

Feeling a little sore after the move load.  I'm still obviously being quite conservative on running but I feel like that combined with all of my PT have my legs in a pretty good place.  Hopefully, in Cali I can move the running up (modestly--maybe 15-20 miles/week).
