Hitting a bit of a groove here training wise. Still nothing special but the steady application of training is beginning to deflect my fitness noticeably upward--satisfying. Still heavily weighted towards PT/Stretch/Weight but making progress on SBR as well. Ran just wide this week but one run was 7.7 miles....totals for the week:
Swim: 8,000 yards
Bike: 152 miles
Run: 10.7 miles
PT/Stretch/Weights: 5:06
Total time: 19:26
