Another week much like the last. Lots of friends and family cycling through so missing a few workouts. No worries here of course. That said, it's hard to get in good mountaineering training when you are here at the Shore. I did manage to get up about 4:40 this morning and walk the Island. That's a first (though I have done this run before). Here is the Garmin data from the walk:
