OK--all eyes on Kona now. The BIG PUSH starts tomorrow--3 big weeks in a row. Next week's plan calls for:
13,000 yds swimming
21:30 on the bike
6:45 running
32 hours total

OK, I'm impressed. I'm doing Kona in a few weeks too, but my weekly totals are nothing like yours. I bike ~150 miles (2x a week), swim maybe 6-7K, and run maybe 2-3x a week. I have yet to break 25 miles in a week for running. (I'm being conservative on the running due to some nagging injuries). I could probably swim more, but for the rest...how do you find the time?
