Still on a high from my race today. But back home and here are (what I think are solid) my training volumes for the week (keep in mind this was a race week):

Swim: 8750 yards
Bike: 201 miles
Run: 32 miles
Time: 19:33

Looking at three quality training weeks before my next race. Undefeated in my new AG----the awesome pleasure of small accomplishments!
