Last month and last week
Training totals for lst week were:
Swim: 7000 yds Bike: 174 miles run: 27.8 miles time: 16:48
March totals:
Swim: 26,500 yds bike: 657 miles Run: 110 miles Time: 77:43
I expect to begin cranking up the volume this month.....
