Stats from last week:
23:51 training time including 3 hours of PT/core work
4900 yards swimming
248 miles biking
31 miles running
Obviously a little light on the swim. A couple of w/os were missed due to afternoon storms or cut short due to fatigue from the heat impacting my runs and bikes. I'll put more emphasis on the swim over the next few weeks.
I'll back off a bit this week with the travel to Minnesota and the race on Saturday and then August will be my biggest month of the year....
