Second of my three day solo in Shenandoah....I did a 14+ mile romp along the AT and then up and over the summit of Neighbor Mountain and then a very steep descent to Jeremy's Run (Run being a term for a stream) and then a 5+ mile climb back out. 7+ hours in total. I never saw a deer, a bear or any human--pretty epic! Below are my Garmin highlights:
