Ten Days to Kili!

Getting closer to Kili time!  Here's an update on my training:

July totals:

Swim: 6,000 yds
Bike: 612 miles
Run/Trek/Climb: 181 miles
Weights/Stretch: 7 hours
Time: 90:38

The July numbers of-course include the trip over to Russia and Elbrus.  This past week:

Swim: 0
Bike: 235 miles
Run/Trek/Climb: 29 miles
Weights/Stretch: 1:15
Time: 23:45

I'll be updating quite a bit in front of the Kili trip to set things up.  In the meantime, I've been spending a lot of time with my new camera and with Lightroom.  Here are a couples of collages I did, the first from Vinson and the second from Elbrus:
