I decided to skip a week run wise to try to make sure my legs are absorbing the increase without totally blowing out my knee. Besides that SAMO as I recorded my 5th straight 25+ hour week:
Swim: 12,100 yards
Bike: 346 miles
Run: 0 miles
Time: 25:10
For the month of April I hit a new record for monthly swim volume and now my three biggest swim months are all in 2022. I also recorded my 3rd biggest bike month:
Swim: 52,150 yards
Bike: 1,404 miles
Run: 30 miles
Time: 111 hours 8 minutes
