Last week

I fell a little short of my 4 hour/day goal last week.  Part of this was related to traveling back from Utah and part of Judy's parents visiting this week at the Beach.  Frankly, part of it is my body is probably not ready to put up close to 30 hours after 29 hours last week...

None the less here are the totals for last week:

Swim: 3,500 yards
Bike: 223 miles
Run: 15.7 miles
Hike/Climb: 3:55
Stretch/Weights: 2:20
Total Time: 24:34

At this point it's just 33 days to Elbrus!
