This week's numbers

OK--am now earnestly trying to build triathlon fitness--I had a pretty good training week (although frankly I wanted a bit more in each of the 3 disciplines).  I'll continue with this heavier block through Thursday and then chill back to try to absorb ahead of my International distance triathlon on the 4th (Bassman).  Here are the numbers:

Swim: 10,200 yards
Bike: 264.3 miles
Run: 33.5 miles
Time: 24:43
